There was no "acute health scare", no late-stage Parkinson's or Dementia. He trouble walking is due to health issues with his feet. See WH MD report on the president's health. His debate performance was due to his being sick, worn out and I think over-prepare. The following days he was energetic and on his game at events. The test of a president is not to debate a lying blowhard. Biden's performance at the foreign policy presser was world-class. Your line that "he is very ill right now" is baseless horse****. He has Covid. One can be pretty sick with Covid. That's it.
