The guy wasn't tricked into anything. What's so bizarre about the guy is he basically drove himself off a cliff, largely, it seems, because he was buried in deep financial debt. That made him take a lot of chances and of course that's what did him in.

The guy still had a ton of success as a lawyer. And, unless I'm mistaken, Stormy Daniels helped make Donald Trump the first President to become a convicted felon.

I stand by the fact that he's not dumb. He did stupid things though. No argument there. It's remarkable really.
