Like the fescue/bermuda hybrid they put on the hill when it was redone back in about ‘13

As noted below, zoysia or pure Bermuda are 10000% not an option.

There is no standard grass that can survive MO summers and freeze naturally.


If they are willing to spend the money for an in ground heating system and forced airflow, then a few doors open up.
