...of the pool of candidates who would actually seek out the job of being a mod and controlling what other people post, would it be more attractive to an authoritative leftist, or those who believe in individual freedom? Nick obviously had the problem that workplaces with serious imbalances to their "diversity" have (think Engineering firms, IT, Nursing) - they can only pick from the group that applies.
