is approved for use by the FDA, the federal Food & Drug Administration, is exclusively a federal one. The President has enormous power to influence that decision, and to effectuate blockage of the drug, as he appoints the leadership of the FDA.

And yet, the folks here who purport to be pro-life are just fine with a President and VP who thinks the drug is just fine.

The approval of this drug for use is a federal one, ultimately controlled by the President.
