Andy McCarthy called some of these Jack Smith trials early on. He said with the FL case that there is no way it would go to trial early enough for the election due to the amount of classified info, and Jack Smith overplaying his hand. But, it's Judge Cannon's fault for not just bowing down to Smith and his team lol. The SC ruling definitely had to put Smith and Garland into a rage fury.
