follow especially when he says every five minutes, "by the way…" And then goes off on a tangent.
Hard to follow hard to watch. But I think every word he spoke was in English and there was nothing to indicate that he schit his pants. So if this had been any other president, it would have been labeled a disaster.
For low bar Joe, it was better than normal.
