In their effort to stop Trump and MAGA (aka the Populist Movement) forever, the Deep State stole the election and went all Communist Lawfare on Trump.

Had they just allowed the actual re-election in 2020, they could have easily continued to stymie him at every turn, special counsels, impeachments, and a total repeat of the first term. And if they had.... he'd be a lame duck with no "threat to our democracy" and guaranteed to leave office. And since incumbent parties usually lose after 8 years, a Democrat would likely be heading for the White House in 2024.

Instead... they are now faced with 4 more years of Trump. And by going after him via lawfare, the Supreme Court stepped in and clarified that he would have full immunity for every official Presidential act. Not even congress can impeach a President just for a Presidential Act they don't like.

He can now fire every communist lawyer and left leaning bureaucrat within Executive Office agencies. (FBI, CIA, DHS, etc.)

He can break up the oligarchy, since he will be the "sole individual making up the executive branch". The Supreme Court was clear, it is ONLY the President.

He can actually put up a wall. He can block immigration entirely. He can deport 20 million illegals. He can implement federal standards in Federal Elections regarding Voter ID, Drop Boxes, etc.

And there is not a thing anyone can do about it. Not in Congress. Not via a Special Counsel.

Sure, they can file lawsuits and try to get Judges to halt Executive Actions... but he can't get in trouble for it lawfully.

Had they just bit the bullet in 2020 and accepted that he won re-election, this would all not even be a worry for them.

And now... everything they feared will come to fruition.
