downtown Denver in Cherry Creek for a few months in 2018. If I left home at 5:30am, I could be sitting at my desk in a 1/2 hour. If I left between 5:30 and 6am, it would be at least 7am before I got to the office. Anytime after 6am until probably 9am, it was an 1 hour and a half or more to get to the office. And that's if there weren't any accidents on I-25. And one day a week there would be accidents. And I say accidents, because if there was one, there was likely going to be 2-3 due to traffic slowing and catching people off guard. I worked that job for just over 2 months. It was miserable. But that experience led directly to my current job, so I'm not complaining.
All that said, I love living in Colorado. I just want to get out of Denver metro, which will happen sometime in the next 10 years or so.
