i wouldn't underestimate drink's impact on recruiting. this

I can't stand Drinkwitz, but I'll say this. I know someone that just took their kid to his camp at Mizz. He was no fan either, but his kid wanted to go. Anyway, he was shocked at how good the camp was and how involved Drinkwitz was with the kids in the camp. He was personable and went out of his way to make everyone feel welcome. The experience was very positive, and he told me that he now understands why the kids that play for him would go to war for him. He tries to relate to them all on a personal level.
Also, I was told just a few minutes ago that the UA camp is basically a crap show compared to the Mizz camp. We desperately need an overhaul on how we do things. If not, we will continue to fall behind. We are out of touch.
