me?? I mean, I get that they're "secure" in the sense that they're locked and nobody can break into 'em but how are they not blatently fraudulent?? I could personally stuff 20-30 ballots, at least, with people I know who don't vote. Ohhhh but there has to be a signature...I forgot.
