And they read the entire thing in front of the archives buildings on the morning of the 4th. I had never read all of the charges in the past (or at least had pretty much forgotten them), and just how true they ring about our government today. And people cheered it on, but then also cheered on the various speeches of the big government officials. Amazing the lack of understanding.
