some places (and he is claiming CBC is one of them) have an attitude about them that infects the kids and prevents them from achieving their full potential.

So yes, if a kid falls short of expectations, it's on him, but sometimes it truthfully is imposed onto the kid.

Now, I don't know if that is the case at CBC. I know that that problem does exist. TT seems to think it is a problem at CBC.
