He's literally hid as much as you can hide a president and is pretty much a vegetable with just enough marbles rolling around up top to get through the absolute bare minimum of appearances with proper use of technology and drugs.

If I were Trump would absolutely not have agreed to this without a drug test. If Joe has nothing to hide, what's the big deal about a drug test? We all have to take them as conditions of employment. Why can't the president of the US?
