Had the same drill with a juvie picked up for shoplifting at the University Book Store.

Dude went on to father kids who were responsible for all of the drug trafficking coming into Columbia. Was reading a KC Star article on this drug gang and realized we used to deal with their dad and his buddies when they were stealing campus blind. Looked up Charles Anthony on CaseNet and he's spent his life in and out of jail and prison for petty thefts.

But it because he was black...

Not that he and his buddies broke into Hearnes and the trainer's room and stole as many bball jerseys as they could carry. Wore some lime dresses, which made it hard to run from the police.
