to accept and graduate as many immigrants as possible in order to earn as much money as they can. They'll pass and graduate anyone who pays. Those students then get temporary 3-year work permits in Canada, whereas Trump wants to offer them lifelong work permits in America for 2-year degrees. Then, they bring their families over to join them. It's scam chain immigration and has nothing to do with education or producing skilled workers. It's meant to produce a new minimum-wage class to replace the whites who won't accept that.
This had led to wage depression across Canada. Many of these students work low-wage jobs, taking jobs away from young and unskilled Canadians. The students do not work high-skilled jobs and most do not have skills even after graduating. They are doing Uber, McDonalds, etc.
It has also led to surging housing prices. Now, a young Canadian family has to compete against a group of 15 Indian men who are willing to share a 1-bedroom apartment. Canada saw its largest population growth in history last year, at the same time it's facing its worst housing shortage in history. 99% of this growth was immigration.

And of course, the immigrants do not assimilate and instead bring their own culture to Canada.
