controversial. Not having pre written notes would seem to benefit Trump.

It will be interesting to see if Biden immediately starts scribbling notes before the debate actually begins.

And i will be curious to see whether after two minutes of a response, a candidate, Trump for example, will have his answers cut off in mid sentence.

Not sure why they decided against live audience, unless it was to minimize stimulation for the brain of someone on drugs.

Trump does like to play to a crowd much more than whispering Joe, but the lack of an audience may enforce more discipline on Trump and wind up being good for his performance.
