It is now a fight, a war where one army must destroy the other. That's how a Victor will be determined.

The issue of course, is that if the camel jockies lay down their weapons and sue for peace, there would be peace. If the yids Lay down their weapons, they would be annihilated.

The aggressor can choose to stop aggressing, and the war will end. If the target stops fighting, they will all be slaughtered.

But again, the short answer to your question is, yes. There's a war on. The object is to kill the enemy.
