Most years. Almost never go 5-6 or worse. Win 9+ every few years.

A typical decade
5-6 or 7-5 = 1 maybe 2 times
8-4 = 6 times
9-3 = 2 times
10+ = at least once a decade

That is a very good, yet not elite, program.
