These questions were in reference to the story TigerMatt posted about the sheriff's deputy & his wife who were plotting on drugging a young girl, raping her and filming it to put on the internet:

I will repost the questions for you again:
They were accused of uploading child porn, which set off the investigation and the search warrant.
Was that a reprehensible violation of their rights?
They have not violated the NAP, correct?
The warrant allegedly turned up a discussion between Mr. & Mrs. Blankenship to drug and rape a child.
This also is not a crime, per anarchistic principles, correct?
That would not be a violation of the NAP either, correct?
The drugs they had allegedly planned to use to drug the child to aid in raping her were also found in their home.
Per anarchistic principles, that also is no crime, unless they stole them, of course.
Would a Libertarian see the things discussed above in the same light as an anarchist? No harm was done, no crime was committed?
Do you think that they should be released, given an apology and their drugs and phones back?
What about backpay for an unfair firing? Or was working for the sheriff's office a crime in and of itself?
