case to mean Something or someone in favor of law and order, decency, decorum and nonviolent behavior. It does not necessarily have anything to do with race, culture, pigment, melanin, or color.
Hey, I'm liking this making up the meaning of words to suit whatever my purposes may be at any time. I'm not sure if the Cato Institute ever used this definition of racist but I'm sure somebody has. So I'll just take a page from the liberal strategy, manipulate the definition as I see fit, and use that as the basis of my argument.
