Comical disaster, his best attribute being that nobody takes him seriously so he was mostly ignored on a huge majority of idiotic things he wanted to do and because he isn’t smart enough to know how anything works everything he tried to do failed.

I guess that is a record, and it’s proven. But not in a positive way.
