can turn enough states commie that they will control the whole country. They won't settle for half of the US.

Of course, they're also setting things up to throw the country into economic turmoil with the destruction of the currency & then force upon everyone a new digital currency. That way they can monitor every transaction and control people by cutting off their ability to buy food, fuel or pretty much have any economic transaction if they don't toe the line.
