Well, both took classified documents. When asked for their return, Biden returned them. Trump did not. So, Trump was subpoened for the documents. He returned some but not all, said that was all he had. FBI raided and found MANY MORE. Even after that, there was camera evidence of him trying to conceal even more boxes. All the time he claimed to have declassified the documents (false). Eventually, lies catch up everyone.
