on the underlying crime that was alleged to be committed, not allowing key witnesses to testify such as the FEC attorney who could have brought clarity to federal election campaign finance laws, allowing witnesses such as Daniels and Cohen to ramble on about issues that weren't related to the case, and the jury instructions themselves will allow for an appeal. Did you not pay attention at all to this case?
