Are these CFs sold in different tranches of some form. I wonder if multiple player NIL deals are packaged up like MBS and then sold to investors. I would assume this would mitigate some of the single player risk in the event a player bails out, drops out of school and the NIL goes to zero for that player. Interesting concept. Not sure I would be a buyer/investor, but who knows.
