While the statute of limitations has already run out, one could argue there is some evidence of a misdemeanor bookkeeping issue. However, Bragg turned that into a felony charge if those bookkeeping errors were part of an escalating crime. Bragg is yet to explain what that escalating crime was, much less provide evidence of it.

This is what the Trump deranged have not figured out. They think it is about a single bookkeeping error. It isn't. The prosecution has not explained the felony crime yet and has offered no evidence of it.
