No it did not. Go back and study this again. His Tox report says that he had taken Fentanyl within the past 36 hours probably. The meth within the same time frame must of had a hell of a party. I do not understand the use of both. He did have previous health conditions and it is a sad thing that happened. I think that the correct sentence from what I know would have been man slaughter and a bout a 10 year sentence. The cop had issues, but most of them do.
