there are recruiting issues the first year or two; now there's a litany of transfers (and there were from Alabama), and there's any amount of time to win over hearts and minds on the team and install new systems - there will be errors.

It's tough. There was a posting shared here eons ago about how transitions caused problems in year 3-4 for the recruiting gaps of the transition, too.
