California has a ton of case law on prenuptial agreements and is a community property state and more liberal in general. So maybe.
Other states, not so much. Generally in most states with no fault divorce, it doesn't matter.
Contrary to what popular culture says, prenuptial agreements are generally readily enforced by courts as long as certain conditions are met.
So in Missouri you want plenty of time before the nuptials for the agreement to be reviewed, preferably with the aid of an attorney. Must not be so one-sided either. That can be a problem, when one party gives away their rights, but the other party doesn't. See those more with women promoting the prenup than men. LOL
