weapons and all the fighting is happening in Ukraine, time is on their side. Same situation as the North and South, the war was only fought in the South, the South didnt have as many people, and they didnt have weapon production, time was on the North's side, as it is for Russia as well and Europe is beginning to realize w/o sending troops to help Ukraine, Ukraine will fall.
