At Kentucky, Cook was HCT. Flag was thrown.
Flag waved off because Cook was in tackle box.
That is now a flag.
Teams can now have one player with comms device
(Qb head set) On the Field. It shuts off at 15 seconds to go on play clock.
Teams can now have a bunch of tablets in the team box.
It’s a UNSP if you try to show a ref a play
