She told the cops to go to Apartment 1401 (at 1:33 of the body cam) and that's where they went (apartment number visible at 2:55 of the body cam)
The cop clearly and loudly identifies as a Sheriff and the young man makes the mistake of carrying a gun to open the door to a cop.
The witness that sent the cops to that apartment said there have been sounds of fighting coming from that apartment in the past, but this time it sounded more severe.
Not saying it isn't a case of mistaken identity, but the cops went to the right apartment.
