On what you can bring.

They will pretty much check the cooler size, and generally no glass. Some also require you to have like a clear bag for your other stuff. It varies by track, but they are fairly strict in the enforcement. Otherwise have fun.

Also, since you can bring your own stuff, the food and beer is usually a bit less.
