I think Biden has surrounded himself with intelligent people that know how the executive office should be run.
Trump has pretty much lost everyone from his previous cabinet. If elected in 2024, he will likely only have yes-men and people not willing to tell him when he's making a mistake. He seems willing to be a dictator, not a president.
Didn't Trump say he would only hire people that believes the 2020 election was stolen? When you start with that nutty baseline, how good can his potential staff be?
