intimidation, then it should act to enforce those policies here.

For one, threats were made. For two, sometimes it's just about making one's presence known that can be intimidating and, like it or not, the USA flag is seen as a symbol of hate by historically marginalized and underserved populations.

Hopefully, the university, and if necessary, the police step in to ensure safety for the students.
