No, more like 20 mil. now. There were a little over 40 million before Feb., 2022, but that included Crimea and the Donbas republics. Those populations are lost, so you have to subtract them. The war dead is somewhere either side of a half mil, give or take a couple hundred thousand. Then you have to subtract the estimated 10 to 12 mil that escaped to the west into other European countries, plus the estimated 7 mil or so that escaped to Russia. Rural areas and cities of all sizes other than Kiev and Lvov have lost most of their men, everyone between the ages of 10 and 60, as have the rural areas. Yesterday, the Kiev regime began advertising for foreign laborers to replace workers who have been dragooned into the AFU. They say they'll need six to seven million foreign workers to replace the men who will never return to the civilian workforce.
