The libtards screamed to de-militarize the police and this is the result.
Our own community had a Vietnam-era APC which had been used in barricaded subject situations and to rescue 2 girls who drove into high water and had left themselves stranded on a median thigh deep in rushing water.
But Obama-Mao took the APC back when all the liberals were screaming about the police looking too much like an army.
