I imagine the way it will go down given the trump's 5th tier status but

1) Does NY law allow a convicted felon to remain out of jail on appeal?
2) Does NY law allow a convicted felon to leave the State if out on appeal?
3) will trumplicans whine and moan hypocritically if the appeal is taking too long if it takes over 6 months (which is the average)
4) will the Supreme Corrupt come back with a speedy
reversal of the upheld appeal if that comes back in less than6 months?

you can see this play out .Conviction, correctly upheld appeal , Supreme Corrupt reversal due to pure corrupt politics. Now if this happens after the election-the trump loses. If this happens before- well as impossible as that is to think, the trump could win.
