which is why I said "underlying crimes" in other posts. The post you're extremely confused about is in relation to Bragg trying to turn a misdemeanor into a felony (by tying to an underlying crime). If the underlying crime gets tossed out then that felony would turn into a misdemeanor. I'm sorry that's so hard for you to understand. Now, admit you lied.
