Of Texas needs a wheelchair. No big deal. He comes across as vigorous, alert, and energetic. But the legs don't work.

Biden's problem is not his legs it's his mind. But trying to have him do his little three step jog to the helicopter is a useless endeavor and only accentuates the negative in my opinion.
