That part I don't get.
Listening to Laird at his Memphis introductory press conference - and then listening to Ms. Francois at her introductory press conference at Arizona - it's like day and night - if you were just basing your opinion on those two press conferences, it's a clear upgrade.
Plus, the guy comes across as super genuine and super sincere - and she never did.
