Doc visit 2 months ago and I've dropped 55 pounds since I weighed my heaviest. My A1C is down to a very reasonable level. My BP has never neen an issue ever, but it's even lower than its usual 124/80.

But I don't go posting my health issues here constantly.

Except when I had kidney stones this past year and I can only tell everyone to drink enough water to fill a tanker truck every day.
