So a business or person who is training and developing people, providing them with trade secrets and competitive advantage data and skills, can now see that used against same.

Businesses will be stealing high skill, high knowledge people right and left now, and in many cases it will be not too so much work for them, but to deny skill sets to competitors.

You are not governed, you are ruled.
