and didn’t have the balls to admit it. Btw falsifying business records is only a misdemeanor, and Bragg still hasn’t listed the crime Trump was apparently covering up by falsifying the business records. And yes, he is claiming Trump was trying to cover up a crime.

Why isn’t Bragg just going with the slam dunk case and only charging Trump for falsifying records?
