With all the focus on NIL and Rivals ratings these days, it's easy to forget that Mizzou has had some great young men (and women) don the black and gold. J'Den Cox's farewell to the sport of wrestling reminded me of all the classy people who have competed for the Tigers. Guys like Kobe Brown, Darius Robinson, Chase Daniel, James Franklin, Brad Smith and many, many others. And young women like Sophie Cunningham and Karissa Sweitzer. True role models in a world desperately in need of them.
