I don't view St. Louis as a huge Mizzou stronghold and it hasn't been since the days of Faurot and Devine. Top recruits in St. Louis since then (until recently) generally spurned the Tigers for perceived greener pastures elsewhere, even when Pinkel was HC. Much of the fan base hasn't been that supportive either. Maybe Drink's charisma and recent success can change that though.
