have caused other AFC teams to freak out and overpay players for a quick fix. Meanwhile the Chiefs trade Hill and over time build a top 5 defense to compensate for the weapons around Mahomes being worse instead of going into panic mode and over paying for a receiver.

For example, Chargers with pass rushers. Denver with Wilson. Buffalo with Miller.

Cincinnati is the one team who has drafted and built well and hasn't done this, and probably not coincidentally given KC the most problems when Burrow is healthy. Let's see if they can stay patient as they lose some of their weapons though.
