I know many are concerned about getting a big for rebounding purposes, but with the Mitchell addition I think we are set. Mitchell is a huge upgrade over Carter or Shaw, but the real progress is getting last year's top rebounder (Grill) back, along with Crews and Perkins. The latter two are worlds better in rebounding than East/Honor. How many times on switches did we see those two guys try to defend or rebound in the post? I believe Crews and Perkins (and Warrick) can also more than replace East/Honor production.
