While all that is true, both the people of Judah and Israel shared the same faith and language. Before the kingdoms of Judah and Israel, there was a united Kingdom of Israel during David's time (which included both kingdoms and more in terms of land). Eventually the Jews repopulated the second Kingdom of Israel (which included Galilee where Jesus spent most of his life). So, while technically correct regarding the map I provided, you could just go back another 300 years to David's time and Israel included Judea.
